ATM Partners staff at “Quality Management System manager according ISO 9001:2015” training course.
From February 15 to February 19, 2016, ATM Partners staff passed “Quality Management System manager according ISO 9001:2015” training course for specialists sought-after all over the world.
This course was developed for managers and persons responsible for adoption of management systems according ISO 9001, as well as processes management leaders.
Course program included the following sections:
Comparative analysis of differences between 2008 and 2015 ISO 9001 editions ;
Detailed review of ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements;
Examination of requirements to the “context” of organization by M. Porter method;
Construction of strategic management and establishment of objectives in the field of quality considering the experience of leading companies like Procter & Gamble, MARS and others;
Structuring of “criteria”, “processes indicators and exponents” system including KPI;
“Risk-oriented thinking” and “Risks management”;
“Communications Management”;
“Knowledge Management”;
Optimization and reduction of QMS documentation;
Special features of internal audit according ISO 9001:2015.
Participants received international certificates after completion of training course.
